Home-Maid Policies

Payment Terms: Service will be billed on the day of your cleaning. Options: Personal check at the time of service or we will bill your credit card that we have on file on the day of service. Supplies and Equipment: We provide all of the supplies and equipment needed to do the job. If you have something special that you would like us to use, please notify our office so that we may train our staff properly in its use.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that you need to cancel a service, please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance. We regret that last minute cancellations or an inability to gain access to the location at a scheduled service time will result in a charge of 50% of your service fee.

Office Hours: Our standard office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and we welcome your calls. We are also open on Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to noon.

Damage Policy: In the rare event that something gets damaged during the course of the service, please report it to our office with 24 hours so that we can investigate and implement a solution as soon as possible.

Satisfaction Policy: We want our customers to be satisfied with every service. If for some reason you are unhappy with the service that you have received, please contact us within 48 hours so that we can rectify the problem.
